We work with people to assist in accessing NDIS in order to become an NDIS Participant.
Once a person has received their NDIS Plan we will began the provision of supports to assist
the Participant where they need care and support.
At DY Community Group we provide a range of disability services. With the range of services, we
provide, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those with disability. The goal is to make our participants’ lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their

About NDIS
WHAT IS NDIS? And TYPES OF SUPPORTS of NDIS?
The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
It is a new way to help people aged 65 and under with a disability to get the support and
care they require.
The NDIS Funds a range of Supports and Services which may include Education, Social
Participation, Independence, Living Arrangements and Health & Wellbeing.
